Abstract Format Guidelines
Submission Method : Only submissions via the official website are accepted. Submissions through email, postal mail, or fax will not be considered.
Formatting Specifications:
Title : Use Times new roman, 12 pt; only capitalize the first word, proper nouns, and acronyms. Do not use abbreviations in the title.
Abstract Body : Abstracts for original articles must include the introduction, methods, results, conclusion, and keywords.
Abstracts for case reports must include the introduction, case illustration, conclusion, and keywords.
Use Times new roman, 11, with 18pt line spacing and 1.5 cm margins.
Authors : Limit to 10 authors. List hospital affiliations before university affiliations. If applicable, indicate the main hospital for dual affiliations.
Submission Requirements
The first author must be the presenter and is limited to one abstract presentation.
Fill in all required fields of the submission form.
The title must reflect the study content without including conclusions or results.
If brand names are mentioned, they must include the ®️ symbol and only appear in the body.
Abbreviations are acceptable if clearly defined on first use.
The committee’s decision on the abstract category and final status is binding.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest. The presenting author is responsible for collecting and submitting disclosures on behalf of -authors.
Acceptance Notification
Confirmation of abstract acceptance will be sent via email.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee, and their decisions are final.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
Language Requirement : All poster presentations must be delivered in English.
Presentation Duration : Each presenter is allotted 10 minutes to explain and discuss their poster with the audience.
